From building your kit with the right products, to the foundational techniques and skills required to be a professional makeup artist, topics covered will include (but not limited to):
Hygiene practices
Colour theory
Understanding makeup brushes, how to wash them, knowing when to use them
Skin prep for different skin types each day
Understanding skincare products
Identifying face shape, features, skin tones
Demonstrations and close monitoring of brush techniques
Able to create a non-cakey base and colour correct effectively

Should you feel highly passionate towards this artistry and career, discussions to continue training with Vic and to become her makeup assistant is possible. Bringing you onto REAL shoots and bridal jobs will allow you to experience situations that cannot be taught. -

Professional Makeup Artist Course

From deep-diving through your kit, to refining your techniques, learning how to position yourself to the next level and understanding the kind of clients you want to attract. If you are hoping for another professional artist to “proof-read” you, topics covered will include (but not limited to):
